Another Mondonedo in Barcelona

Well, more of a Mondonedo-Campos. To introduce myself, I am the daughter of Sylvia M. Campos. I just came back from Barcelona, Portugal and Germany yesterday. Funny enough, when I checked in our hotel in Barcelona, the front desk clerk immediately told me that my middle name was a town in Galicia. And then I read it here in the blog. Anyway, yes the city was great! Friendly people, the mix of buildings quite arresting, and the culinary experience is something to be had - at all times. The paella in the photo is the first meal I had. It is very different than the Filipino paella I've had — more risotto-like — and very, very good. I can still taste the different layers of flavor as I am imagining it! Just thought I'd share some.
